For UK mainland orders, we offer a standard 3-5 working day delivery for £5.99, with free standard delivery for orders over £200. All orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri are usually dispatched the same day.

We understand that some orders may require special delivery requirements or a quicker turnaround time. If you have any specific needs, simply contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

For non-UK mainland orders, including deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Wight, we offer a standard 3-5 working day delivery for £9.99.

For orders outside the UK, we provide a standard 5-7 working day delivery for £29.99.

To ensure the safety and security of your delivery, all orders are sent on a tracked and signed for service via Royal Mail or courier.

We understand that returns may be necessary at times, and we want to make the process as convenient as possible for you. If you would like to return an item within 30 days, please contact us, and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that the cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the camera is faulty (UK customers only).

When returning an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us to inform us about the return and provide your reason.
2. We will provide you with a reference number and returns form. 
3. Download and complete the returns Form.
4. Include the completed form with your returned item.
5. We will confirm the return address via email.
6. We recommend using a registered postal service and keeping the receipt for the return.
7. Returned goods should be in 'as new' condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you and aim to process the return within 14 days, providing refunds, repairs, or replacements as necessary.

Please note that we cannot refund the cost of postage unless the item is faulty. If you believe you are eligible for postage reimbursement due to an incorrectly advertised, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us with the necessary details.

If you are returning your camera for repair, please ensure you have retained any footage you wish to keep before shipping. While we take precautions to protect your footage, formatting memory cards is often necessary for repairs, which may result in data loss. If you are returning a camera without a memory card, please remove it beforehand to avoid any potential loss or damage.

We recommend hiring a qualified auto electrician for hardwiring your camera to your vehicle, as this may affect your car or camera warranty. Any damage caused by improper hardwiring may result in a partial refund, unless the hardwiring kit was supplied by us, and you hired a professional auto electrician (proof required).
