Installation terms & conditions

We offer a convenient mobile installation service for your dash camera system. Whether you're purchasing a new system or already have one, our expert engineers will come to your preferred location to install it. Simply provide us with your vehicle details, and our team will reach out to confirm your installation date.

Here are some important details about our installation service:

- Installation is only available for new and unused dash cams accompanied by a hardwire cable or cigarette plug.
- We offer a 1-year warranty on both the equipment and labor.
- Our engineers will require a secure work location, such as a driveway, for the installation.
- You have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 36 hours in advance. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur a full charge.
- If our engineer is unable to attend the appointment, you will receive a full refund.
- To ensure your satisfaction, we request that someone be present during the initial 15 minutes and the final 15 minutes of the installation to test the functionality of the dashcam.
- In the event of bad weather, we may need to reschedule the installation and will contact you to discuss the situation.
- Certain vehicle designs may pose challenges for rear dash cam installation. Please refer to the list of identified vehicles that are not conducive to installation.
- If you need to uninstall a dashcam for reinstallation in a new vehicle, additional charges may apply for adhesive pads and brackets.

NEW UNITS ONLY We only provide installation services for NEW and UNUSED dash cams that are bought with either a Hardwire cable or cigarette plug.
PRE & POST INSTALLATION CHECKS Vehicle Pre/Post checks will commence before and after installation, we kindly request someone be present during the initial 15 minutes and the final 15 minutes of the installation.
CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel, or move your appointment we must be notified 48 hours in advance. If you cancel on the day of the appointment the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. Outside of this there is a cancellation fee of £40.00 +VAT 
WEEKENDS Our engineers can work weekends however we cannot confirm that these days will be available within the 14-day timescale but we will work with you to find the best suitable date
BAD WEATHER We may need to reorganise the installation due to adverse weather conditions, however we will contact you at the time to assess the situation
INSTALLATION ISSUES

Regrettably, certain vehicle designs may pose challenges for the installation of the rear Dash Cameras. Refer to the following list of identified vehicles:
– Jaguar I PACE – All years
– Mercedes AMG GT – All years
– Mercedes SLS – All years
– Range Rover Vogue – 2014 – Present
– Range Rover Sport – 2014 – Present
– Tesla Model X – All years
